The purpose of this course is to educate participants on the best practices to follow when troubleshooting. Participants will receive instruction on troubleshooting procedures including analysis, diagnostics, documentation, and application of solutions. This course also discusses the advantages of routine system maintenance and remote diagnostics through the use of service contracts and recurring revenue models. Participants will be challenged to apply the procedures covered in order to solve real-life problem scenarios.
