CEDIA Management Conference Coming to New Orleans in 2010
Annual business owners’ conference to focus on people, strategy and execution
INDIANAPOLIS (September 23, 2009)—The Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) has announced it will hold its annual Management Conference at the Omni Royal Orleans in the heart of New Orleans March 3–6, 2010. The conference will offer speakers, education and networking sessions focused on strategic, efficient business planning for electronic systems company owners and senior managers.
CEDIA’s Management Conference is an opportunity for professionals to step away from the day-to-day tasks of running a business and set their sights on improving operations. The event offers entrepreneurial lessons from business development experts as well as the opportunity to learn from peers in a non-competitive environment.
The 2010 conference will draw on the principles outlined in the Verne Harnish book Mastering the Rockefeller Habits, with a focus on the four key decisions that drive growth: people, strategy, execution and cash. Speakers will include Patrick Thean of the leadership development firm Gazelles, who will lead sessions designed to help attendees convert the knowledge they gain at the event into action within their businesses.
Additional information on CEDIA’s Management Conference will be available soon at www.cedia.org/mc. Registration will open Mon., Nov. 2. Media interested in attending may contact Jamie Riley at jriley@cedia.org.
