CEDIA Management Conference Focuses on Four Key Decisions & Mastering the Rockefeller Habits
Conference centers on four areas crucial for growth companies: People, Strategy, Execution, and Profit
INDIANAPOLIS (January 19, 2010)-Drawing on the best-selling book Mastering the Rockefeller Habits, the Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association's (CEDIA's) 2010 Management Conference will focus on the four key decisions that all growth companies must get right: people, strategy, execution and profit. Expert speakers and education sessions will help attendees apply the Rockefeller Habits as outlined in the Verne Harnish book to achieve growth in their businesses.
CEDIA's Management Conference, which will be held March 3-6 at the Omni Royal Orleans in New Orleans, is an annual event designed to help electronic systems business owners and senior managers strengthen their companies through strategic, efficient planning. The conference includes expert-led education sessions, renowned business speakers, and networking opportunities allowing attendees to learn from peers.
Leading off this year's event will be keynote speaker Connie Podesta, who will help equip attendees with the outlook they'll need in order to compete under the radically new rules of today's business game. Podesta's presentation, "Business as Usual is Over," will put the focus on creativity, resiliency, and optimism.
The event continues with two sessions from entrepreneur and training coach Patrick Thean. Thean, CEO of business coaching firm Gazelles, will kick off the conference's education sessions with a speech designed to help attendees learn how to run their businesses with 100% confidence. Thean will return to wrap up the education sessions and help attendees tailor the lessons to fit their companies.
For 2010, CEDIA has reduced registration fees to help make the conference more affordable for electronic systems businesses. In addition, early bird registration discounts of up to 30% are available for attendees who register by February 1. Learn more and register now at www.cedia.org/mc.
