CEDIA University Releases Resource Guide
Brochure provides in-depth look at full spectrum of CEDIA education offerings
INDIANAPOLIS (May 12, 2009)—The Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) has recently released its CEDIA University Resource Guide, an in-depth brochure that outlines the association’s full range of educational offerings. The guide, which is available now at www.cedia.org/education/course_catalog.php, is designed to help industry professionals select the education that best suits their level of experience, learning style, and career goals.
The CEDIA University Resource Guide begins with an overview of the five CEDIA University colleges – Electronic Systems Business, Customer Relations, Designer, Project Management, and Technician – and the progression of courses from 100-level to 400-level within each college. The guide continues with an outline of CEDIA University’s education and training products, from Boot Camp to e-Learning to CEDIA EXPO, and concludes with full descriptions for every course offered by CEDIA University.
"With the CEDIA University Resource Guide, electronic systems professionals now have a comprehensive tool they can use to help steer the development of their career,” said Margaret Sheehan, CEDIA’s senior director of professional development. "This resource takes the vast array of CEDIA University offerings and distills it down for easy navigation.”
In addition to posting the guide online, CEDIA will distribute it to all members by mail and will make it available at CEDIA EXPO.
