CEDIA University on the Road Brings Industry
Knowledge and Training to a Location Near You
Convenient, inexpensive home electronic systems education program coming to Crestron in Rockleigh, N.J., October 23-25
ROCKLEIGH, N.J. (October 7, 2008) — The Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) is bringing its CEDIA University on the Road education program to Rockleigh, N.J. October 23–25. Crestron, a leading manufacturer of advanced control and automation systems for the home, business or classroom, will host the event.
CEDIA University on the Road is a traveling version of CEDIA University, which offers comprehensive training and CEDIA certification opportunities for residential electronic systems contractors and others involved in the home design and build process, such as security, IT, and cable and satellite television installation professionals. CEDIA University on the Road offers core curriculum courses, full-day workshops and certification exams for entry-level employees all the way up to seasoned veterans. Continuing education units are also available.
Electronic systems are found in technologically advanced homes ranging from mid-level to high-end residences that include home theaters, whole-house automation, media rooms, hidden system installations and more. As the largest international trade association for the residential electronic systems industry, CEDIA and CEDIA University are considered the preeminent source for advanced training and certification.
