CEDIA Design & Build Industry Partnerships
Home Technology Alliance
The Home Technology Alliance (HTA) is a partnership between NAHB and the Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) that was formed to position the housing industry to effectively meet the growing consumer demand for home technology and provide maximum return on investment in the new home building and remodeling process.
CEDIA members are comprised of electronic systems contractors (ESCs) who specialize in designing and installing complex networks that support the sophisticated home technologies. The growing trade of ESCs coordinate design, product ordering, installation, wiring and timely work flow among all trades.

CEDIA & NARI Partnership
The Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) have formed a strategic alliance as part of CEDIA's Industry Outreach efforts. The alliance will help educate both associations' members and will provide a platform for collaboration, partnership, and exchange of information regarding integrating technology into homes.
Developed to “bridge the gap” between remodelers and electronic systems contractors (ESCs), this collaboration is dedicated to providing the resources needed to expand the knowledge base of both memberships, enhance relationships, and increase profitability.
