That magical moment when everyone in the room has a breakthrough. It’s like a silent explosion. Their eyes brighten and you know they are going to go to future jobs and make magic happen.
CEDIA: What’s your advice for new volunteers?
Seek out CEDIA Train the Trainer opportunities. Don’t try to be someone else. Train like you would train with what you know.
