Press
Hotel Block – Opens February 22 CEDIA has blocked a limited amount of rooms
for press at downtown Denver hotels. The rooms are reserved on a first-come,
first-serve basis. No more than three
individuals from one company may reserve rooms in the press block. All individuals
requesting rooms out of the press block must be alumni press or have been approved
for press credentials. (Press credential information can be viewed at http://www.cedia.net/expo/new_expo/pressreg.php).
If
you are press and an EXPO exhibitor, please go through the
Exhibitor block prior to utilizing the press block. The
press block opens February 22. Please
contact Holly Maenhout at hmaenhout@cedia.org or 800-669-5329 to obtain a
reservation form.
** When making airline and hotel reservations,
please keep in mind that press conference begin Wednesday,
9/5 at noon. The show floor opens Thursday, 9/6
at 10:00 a.m.
