Exhibitor Registration Opens Today!
Registration for CEDIA EXPO 2010 is now open! Click here to access the Exhibitor Registration through September 17th at 5:00 p.m. PST. To login, you will need your booth number and registration code (example: ATL123). If you have forgotten your registration code, please contact Ashley Sorenson.
Per 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space, each exhibitor receives:
- 4 complimentary Exhibitor Badges
- 4 complimentary Set-up Badges
Any additional badges needed over your complimentary allotment may be purchased online or onsite in Exhibitor Registration for $10 each.
BADGES ARE NOT MAILED prior to EXPO, but will be available in Exhibitor Registration, located in Lobby A/B, beginning September 20 at 8:00 a.m. Booth space must be paid in full in order to receive your badges. Click here for more information.

Displaying Sustainable Lifestyle products at EXPO? List your company as a Green Exhibitor

If your company will be exhibiting any “sustainable lifestyle” products at CEDIA EXPO 2010, we would like to help you make those products stand out, by listing your company as a Green Exhibitor for FREE!
As a Green Exhibitor, you will receive the following:
- Green Exhibitor logo placed next to your company name on the show floor pocket map
- Green Exhibitor logo placed next to your company name on the show exhibitor signage
- Green Exhibitor logo placed next to your company listing in the show directory
- Inclusion in the "green" product listing in the show directory
- The opportunity to track "green" booth visits in the lead retrieval system
CEDIA is in no way certifying or endorsing that any or all products are or are not "green". The burden of proof lies with the participating exhibitor to prove its product's "green" qualifications. This opportunity is intended to help environmentally-aware attendees better navigate the show floor.

Guest Pass
Distribute this FREE tradeshow admission Guest Pass to your list of dealers and representatives. There is no limit to how many guest passes you can send out.
Please inform potential attendees to register online and enter the coupon code "2010freetrade". They can also complete and fax the guest pass (one per person) to 317.735.4067 prior to September 17, 2010. Attendees may stop by any pre-registered attendee counter onsite to pick up their badge. A third option is to bring the completed pass to onsite registration where they will be registered and then provided a badge.

You Can Still Enter Your Products for Electronic Lifestyles® Awards!
NEW for 2010! Attendees’ Choice Award - Accepting Entries Until July 30th!
This year CEDIA ESC members who attend EXPO will have a chance to select their favorite new products on the show floor. Enter your latest product(s) in the Attendees’ Choice Awards competition and let the masses decide. Submit your products between now and July 30. Voting will occur onsite at CEDIA EXPO. Only CEDIA EXPO exhibitors are eligible to submit and only ESC attendees will be eligible to vote.
It's only $25 to submit a product and you can submit an unlimited number, as long as they are new for 2010. For more details and to enter now visit www.cedia.org/awards.
