CEDIA EXPO exhibitor press conferences may be held in the CEDIA press conference room, exhibitors’ booths, or offsite locations. When planning your visit to CEDIA EXPO, please keep in mind the following hours during which exhibitors may schedule press conferences.
The CEDIA Press Conference room, Room B207 at the Georgia World Congress Center, is available during the following times:

10:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. |
Thursday, September 23 |
10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. |
Friday, September 24 |
8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. |
Saturday, September 25 |
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. |
Sunday, September 26 |
8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. |
Press conferences are permitted in exhibitors’ booths during the following times:
