UPDATED Policy For Sharing Exhibitors
Sponsorships and manufacturer product training now available!
Last month, CEDIA announced a NEW policy for sharing exhibitors for EXPO 2010. Meeting space and/or suites within CEDIA’s hotel block and convention center are no longer available for sharing exhibitors. An important update to this policy: sharing exhibitors now have the opportunity to reserve sponsorships and manufacturer product training!

Manufacturer Product Training and Meeting Space Availability
Interested in reserving manufacturer product training and/or meeting space, in addition to your exhibit space?
Manufacturer product training could potentially be available in Building A at the GWCC (depending on room availability) and in the Omni Hotel at the CNN Center. Product training sessions are assigned on a first come, first served basis and available only for exhibitors. Please contact Amanda Hoover for more information.
Meeting space/suites will be available at hotels within CEDIA’s housing block for exhibitors with their own exhibit space (primary exhibitors). As in years past, overnight rooms, meeting space, and suites will be available for reservation in order of exhibitor priority points. Click here to see when you can begin making your reservations.
To reserve meeting space in the Omni Hotel at the CNN Center (space very limited), contact Amanda Hoover.

Please note CEDIA EXPO does not allow affiliated groups to conduct events during CEDIA EXPO, unless the company is a primary exhibitor. All meeting, function, overnight, and suite requests will be directed to CEDIA EXPO Housing for approval. If you are not participating in CEDIA EXPO as a primary exhibitor and have contracted sleeping rooms, suites, and/or meeting space, the hotel can cancel your contract with no obligation.
