Spotlight: Displaying Sustainable Lifestyle Products

CEDIA is committed to becoming a more environmentally friendly organization, while supporting more sustainable practices in the electronic systems industry. In an effort to make "sustainable lifestyle" product information more easily found on the EXPO show floor, we are offering CEDIA EXPO 2010 exhibitors a FREE marketing opportunity!

If your company will be exhibiting any “sustainable lifestyle” products, we would like to help you make those products stand out, by listing your company as a Green Exhibitor.   

As a Green Exhibitor, you will receive the following:

1. Green Exhibitor logo placed next to your company name on the show floor pocket map
2. Green Exhibitor logo placed next to your company name on the show exhibitor signage
3. Green Exhibitor logo placed next to your company listing in the show directory
4. Inclusion in the "green" product listing in the show directory
5. The opportunity to track "green" booth visits in the lead retrieval system

CEDIA is in no way certifying or endorsing that any or all products are or are not "green".  The burden of proof lies with the participating exhibitor to prove its product's "green" qualifications.  This opportunity is intended to help environmentally-aware attendees better navigate the show floor.

CEDIA EXPO "Follow Me" App Helps You Reach Your Audience

Apply for Manufacturer Product Training Today
Show Directory Deadline: May 1, 2010

There is still availability for manufacturer product training (MPT) at CEDIA EXPO 2010. Make your time at EXPO more valuable by providing information, solving problems, gaining feedback, and building relationships through MPT. Product training sessions are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited! Recognize a Leader in the Industry – Nominate a Peer for a CEDIA Lifetime Achievement Award

If you know a leader who deserves acclaim for his/her contribution to CEDIA and the electronic systems industry, nominate him/her for a CEDIA Lifetime Achievement Award. NEW for 2010! Attendees' Choice Award
Are you going to have their vote?

CEDIA is giving the ESC attendees at CEDIA EXPO the opportunity to voice their opinion! Enter your latest product(s) in the Attendees’ Choice Awards competition and let the masses decide. Submit your products between now and July 30.

Voting will occur on site at CEDIA EXPO. Only CEDIA EXPO exhibitors are eligible to submit and only ESC attendees will be eligible to vote.

Pre-Show Product Showcase
Want to increase foot traffic to your booth before EXPO even begins?

It’s possible by participating in the Pre-Show Product Showcase. The CEDIA Pre-Show Product Showcase is an interactive online resource for creating buzz about your products in advance.

CEDIA Pre-Show Product Showcase product posting opens June 28, 2010 and goes live August 2 through October 2, 2010.  All we need is a JPG photo of the product(s), 50 words of copy per product, your EXPO booth number, your website url and appointment contact e-mail address.

PR Summary Form
A FREE PR/Marketing opportunity!

The PR Summary Form is used by the CEDIA Marketing and Public Relations team to promote exhibitors, their new products and technologies, and the residential electronic systems industry to media outlets nationwide and globally leading up to and during CEDIA EXPO. It is important that you complete and submit this form, including as much information about new products/technologies as possible.

All PR summary forms must be completed online. Click here to fill out your PR Summary Form.

All information must be submitted on or before Wednesday, September 1, 2010 to be included in any CEDIA EXPO 2010 press materials which will be issued to the media before, during, and after the show.

Press Conference Scheduling is Open

If you are interested in scheduling a press conference at CEDIA EXPO, mark your calendars: press conference scheduling opens March 29, 2010. Exhibitors may schedule press conferences on a first-come, first-served basis. Press conferences can be held in the CEDIA EXPO press conference room, at the exhibitor’s booth, and/or at an off-site location hosted by the exhibitor.
