CEDIA EXPO exhibitor press conferences may be held in the CEDIA press conference room, exhibitors’ booths, or offsite locations. When planning your visit to CEDIA EXPO, please keep in mind the following hours during which exhibitors may schedule press conferences.
The CEDIA Press Conference room, Room C201 at the Georgia World Congress Center, is available during the following times:
| Wednesday, September 9 | 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. |
| Thursday, September 10 | 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. |
| Friday, September 11 | 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. |
| Saturday, September 12 | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. |
| Sunday, September 13 | 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. |
Press conferences are permitted in exhibitors’ booths during the following times:
| Thursday, September 10 | 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. |
| Friday, September 11 | 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. |
| Saturday, September 12 | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. |
| Sunday, September 13 | 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. |
