Meeting Space

Meeting space is available to exhibitors at the JW Marriott (located in Marriott Place) and Hyatt Regency hotels. For a map of downtown Indianapolis hotels and attractions, please click here. Half day rates and full days are available. The half day rate applies for any daytime meeting between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or any night time meeting from 5:00 p.m.-midnight. If the session overlaps both time periods, the daily rate will apply.

2011 Meeting Space Rates:

Half Day (6 a.m. - 5p.m. or 5 p.m. - 12 a.m.)		*Full Day
0-29 Capacity	$1,000.00	0-29 Capacity	$2,500.00
30-99 Capacity	$1,100.00	30-99 Capacity	$2,600.00
100+ Capacity	$1,250.00	100+ Capacity	$2,800.00

*There is no full day or 5pm-12am option for Sunday as all meetings must be concluded by 5:00 p.m.
