Update your profile here too! This web-based tool will be used by attendees to identify exhibitors who best meet their business goals, locate products they want to see, build a personal show agenda and more!

This complimentary guest pass is available to all exhibitors to send to your top clients and prospects for FREE tradeshow admission. To receive an electronic version of the guest pass, please contact Nina Ledsigner at nledsinger@cedia.org. A print version of this pass will be included in the exhibitor manual mailing in April.

Meeting Space Rentals

Meeting space at the convention center and hotels is limited to CEDIA EXPO 2008 exhibitors.

Convention Center Meeting Space

Meeting space is now available in the convention center on the ballroom level. The Four Seasons Ballrooms 1-2 are available for daily rentals and range in size from just over 6,000 sq. ft. up to 10,680 sq. ft. Contact Debbie Antrim to learn more about renting one of these ballrooms for your special events, press conferences, meetings, etc. Any use of Ballrooms 1-2 will not be promoted as a CEDIA function so will not be included in any show materials, including onsite signage. Any marketing of your event will be your responsibility.

Hotel Meeting Space

All meeting space requests for Denver hotel properties are filtered first through CEDIA EXPO Housing.  They will help you locate available space based on your meeting size and dates required.  Contact CEDIA EXPO Housing to find out about availability at 877-307-0325 or via email at CEDIAHousing@conventionmanagers.com.
