CEDIA EXPO 2010 Exhibitor Housing Information
We are delighted that you are exhibiting at EXPO 2010 in Atlanta, September 22-26 (tradeshow dates: September 23-26). As in the past, overnight rooms, suites, and meeting space will be assigned in order of your exhibitor priority points. Exhibitors have the opportunity to reserve up to 5% over the number of overnight rooms used in 2010. Exhibitors using CEDIA EXPO Housing for the first time may reserve up to 10 overnight rooms.
When Rooms May Be Reserved
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to reserve a hotel room block between October 2009 – March 2010 in order of priority points (the same order the exhibit space was selected). Click here to see when you can begin making your hotel reservations.

Please Note: Making reservations is a three step process. If all three steps are not completed by your assignment date listed on the welcome page, all rooms will be automatically released.

Complete all 3 Steps by your assignment date or the rooms you block will automatically be cancelled
Critical Housing Information
We are happy to announce that the fees for making changes to your hotel reservations have been eliminated! September 13, 2010 is the last date to make changes to your reservations through CEDIA EXPO Housing. You may make changes, name substitutions, and cancellations until September 13, 2010 by going online at www.cedia.org/expo, by email to CEDIAhousing@conventionmanagers.com, by fax to 317.578.0621, or by calling EXPO Housing directly at 877.307.0325. Beginning September 14, you will need to contact the hotel directly to make changes (any cancellation fees directly from the hotel may apply).
