If you are teaching a course in 2008 and wish for it to be considered without revisions for 2009, you DO NOT NEED to fill out any part of this form. All courses from 2008 will automatically be considered for the 2009 program.

Submission of Revisions to Courses taught in 2008
If you are teaching a course in 2008 and want to revise the course to be considered for instruction at EXPO 2009, please complete the questions in red and the signature box below the instructor guidelines. Courses previously taught at CEDIA events will be reconsidered based on the following guidelines. Instructor Evaluation Criteria

Give suggested course description for promotional brochures and the conference program. This is a 50-75 word paragraph which should highlight the most important information attendees will receive. (Note: an abstract of approximately 500 words in length is also required.)

If I am selected to speak at CEDIA EXPO 2009, September 10–13 2009 in Atlanta, I will submit final presentation handout materials for incorporation distribution at CEDIA EXPO by February, 2009. I have read, understood and will comply with CEDIAs policy on commercialism.
Papers and proposals must be received no later than October 1, 2008. Courses will be reviewed and instructors notified of the status of their course(s) by January 18, 2009.
