Need Help Using the CEDIA 2010 Show Online Floor Plan?

If you need help planning your time at the show, you’ve come to the right place.
Our Interactive Floor Plan gives you all the tools necessary to maximize your show experience.

Navigate the show floor, get an exclusive look at new products entering the market, schedule show-related appointments, and save it all under your profile by using the My Show Agenda Planner.

Search the Show

    Using the search types provided you can pinpoint exactly who you want to see at the show. To see all search options, roll over the ‘Search the Show’ tab at the top left corner of the page and select the option that best fits your needs.
  • Search by Exhibitor: If you want to find a particular exhibitor, utilize the exhibitor search by typing in the company name or filtering the list alphabetically.
  • Search by Product: Use our extensive product category search to discover all of the companies who offer the products you’re interested in.
  • Search by Featured Exhibitors: To get a closer look at a company’s products you may want to view the Featured Exhibitors to see detailed product displays and live video presentations.
  • On the bottom left of the floor plan, use the zoom tool at any point to enlarge the floor plan.
  • When scrolling over booths on the floor plan, the exhibitor name and booth number will appear. By clicking on a booth, additional exhibitor information will be available to you.

 

Build your Personal My Show Agenda

  • The My Show Agenda Planner is the best way to get organized for the show. Start researching which exhibitors you need to see, and save yourself and your feet many steps in the process.
  • Click on the ‘My Show Planner’ icon to learn about the features within the Agenda Planner. The sign up form will appear at the top of the screen; click on ‘Create New Account’ to get started.
  • To build your agenda use the search options at the top left to find the companies you’re interested in.
  • From within the list of exhibitors returned in your search criteria, companies can be added to your planner by checking the corresponding box or you can select the exhibitor’s name to view more details about the company on the floor plan.
  • When your agenda is ready click print and have a handy list of the exhibitors you added to your agenda. All exhibitors in your agenda will be highlighted on the floor plan print out to save you time at the show.
  • To quickly create your list you can also click on ‘Profile Wizard’ from your My Show page; then step through the Wizard by selecting a category and adding all of the companies who offer this product.

 

Explore Educational Sessions

  • Browse through the sessions catalog by utilizing the various sort fields or you may view the entire list.
  • Do note that in order to store your events of interest you must create a My Show Planner account—it’s as easy as clicking on Log In/Sign Up and selecting ‘Create New Account’ and completing the form.
  • After creating your profile you can begin adding sessions to your planner.
  • When searching through the event list, add any results returned to your agenda by checking the corresponding ‘Add’ box. If you would like more information, select the event title and you will be provided with in-depth details.
  • Your sessions can be accessed at anytime by signing into your agenda planner and opening the My Sessions.
  • For your convenience, any sessions you add to your planner will be saved in your My Events calendar.

 

Using the My Events Show Calendar

  • For access to the Event Calendar, begin by setting up a My Show Agenda planner. Select the agenda icon and fill out the form.
  • To get started managing your appointments, dinners and other show activities simply click on the My Events tab within the My Show Planner. You will notice the calendar is defaulted to the show month.
  • To customize the calendar to reflect your schedule, all you need to do is select the ‘Add New Events’ button. Complete the date, time, subject and description information and it will be stored in your personal calendar.
  • Any day in which you have added an appointment will be highlighted in blue, so you can select the day or click on ‘View My Events’ to see appointments you have previously added.
  • Please note all Sessions added to your My Show Planner will be automatically stored in your calendar.
  • In order to export an event to outlook, select the ‘View My Events’ and click on the ‘Add Event to Outlook’ icon. You can set reminder through Outlook to ensure you don’t forget about appointments. (*You must select the ‘Add Event to Outlook’ for each item you would like to store in Outlook).
