Remote Airline Check-in Service
That’s right! You can now check-in at the GWCC and bypass the airport lines! This unique
service allows you to check your bags and receive your boarding pass at the GWCC, leaving you
more time to visit the show floor or take in more of what Atlanta has to offer.

Rates: 10 per passenger. Normal airline baggage fees apply. Excess baggage rates are subject to change.
Pre-Enrollment: In order to expedite the check-in process, we would strongly encourage that you pre-enroll for our service although it is not required. This way we can pre-print your documents and have you processed in less than a minute. Simply fill out the attached form and return to our customer service agent located in the coat check area during the posted coat check hours or scan and email to GWCC@airportbags.com
Safe and Secure
- The first TSA-approved remote skycap service.
- All agents are highly trained and credentialed to issue boarding passes and print bag tags on demand.
- Proprietary sophisticated technology is used to ensure accurate, safe, and secure
multi-airline baggage check-in and transport to the airport.
Flights may be checked in anytime the day of departure. Luggage must be checked a minimum of three hours before scheduled flight departure.
Location of Service: Service is located adjacent to the coat check area.

MARTA
The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is Atlanta's state-of-the-art public transportation system. MARTA's mission is to provide our customers with the highest level of safe, clean, reliable, and affordable transportation. If you would like to utilize MARTA while in Atlanta, it is recommended that you purchase a visitor's pass and pre-load money to save, rather than buying individual fares.

The Atlanta Downtown Improvement District (ADID) and the Ambassador Force

The Ambassador Force Program is chartered to keep downtown clean, safe, and hospitable. This force includes:
Ambassadors – public safety and hospitality
- Clean Team – Cleanliness
- Public Works – Infrastructure
Need a helping hand to figure out where to go and what to do in Downtown Atlanta? Or maybe you're looking for a business or service? Or you would like an escort to walk you to your destination? You won't have to look hard to find one of the 60 members of the friendly and helpful Ambassador Force. They're the ones in the pith helmets and sometimes, riding Segway human transporters or All-Terrain Bikes.
Ambassadors are trained to provide residents, tourists, conventioneers, employees and business owners with a variety of information and assistance. They have a visitor’s booth, located on the corner of Peachtree Street and Andrew Young International Boulevard, which offers free maps and brochures on Atlanta.
