CEDIA EXPO 2008 This month's topics....
The exhibitor manual was mailed March 31 to all main contacts. This manual will include all order forms and deadlines for CEDIA EXPO 2008 along with a checklist to assist in meeting discount order deadlines. Please contact Nina Ledsinger at nledsinger@cedia.org if you do not receive your manual by mid-April. An electronic version of the exhibitor manual will be available online in the upcoming weeks. Ballroom Space Now Available To Rent In The Colorado Convention Center The Four Seasons Ballrooms 1-3 in the Colorado Convention Center are now available to all exhibitors to rent. You are welcome to use this space for special events, press conferences, meetings, etc. Click

To reserve your ballroom meeting space, please complete the Four Seasons Ballroom Meeting Space Rental form. The 50% non-refundable deposit must be received before your space can be reserved. Ballroom meeting space and conference rooms will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis so don't delay in reserving your space! Questions? Please contact Debbie Antrim at debbiea@cedia.org. Also available are conference rooms available to rent per hour. These are located in the Four Seasons Ballroom 4 and available for both attendees and exhibitors to rent. Opportunities Still Available Several sponsorship opportunities are still available at EXPO 2008, among them are the Keynote and Membership Breakfast, E-mail Center, CEDIA Concert, Massage Area and several banner opportunities. EXPO Daily - Place Your Advertising Now!! When making your advertising plans for CEDIA EXPO 2008, remember there is only one Official EXPO newspaper: the CEDIA EXPO Daily. CEDIA has granted NewBay Media, the publisher of Residential Systems, the exclusive rights to publish the CEDIA EXPO Daily. You may be contacted by other publishers regarding a "Show Daily" publication for the CEDIA EXPO. Please note that only NewBay Media has obtained the distribution and publishing rights to produce the CEDIA EXPO Daily. No other “daily” publication is allowed to distribute in hotels or the Colorado Convention Center. Whenever any third party contacts you in regard to advertising related to CEDIA EXPO, refer to your Exhibitor Manual. All official vendors of the show are highlighted in your manual. If there is still doubt, contact CEDIA for confirmation on all official vendors and/or partners at 800-669-5329. Any CEDIA EXPO exhibitors may schedule a press conference. Press conferences can be held in the CEDIA EXPO press conference room, at the exhibitor's booth, and/or at an off-site location hosted by the exhibitor. Note: Even if exhibitors are planning to host a press conference in their booths or at off-site locations, CEDIA requires that exhibitors complete the online press conference form in order to have these events listed on the "Press Events" calendar as well as to avoid numerous overlapping events. online and available to media June 16, 2008. Press Relations Information Request Form Please complete this
form on or before Tuesday, July 1 to ensure that your company
receives timely information regarding CEDIA EXPO 2008 press relations
materials. All future CEDIA EXPO press relations correspondence
will be sent only to the person/persons authorized on this form. CEDIA
EXPO 2008 Public Relations Summary Form PR Summary Forms must be received on or before Friday, August 1 to be included in any CEDIA EXPO 2008 materials being issued to the media before, during, and after the show. The PR
Summary Form is used by the CEDIA Marketing and Public Relations
team to promote exhibitors, their new products and technologies,
and the residential electronic systems industry to media outlets
