CEDIA has set aside a limited number of rooms in seven hotels in the downtown Indianapolis area for members of the press attending CEDIA EXPO 2012. EXPO is scheduled for September 5 – 8 at the Indiana Convention Center. Media are encouraged to secure their hotel rooms ASAP by contacting CEDIA’s Marketing & PR team at press@cedia.org.

Members of the press can begin requesting hotel accommodations beginning March 6.

Members of the press wishing to reserve rooms in the CEDIA EXPO Press Hotel Block must have attended EXPO in 2011 or be pre-approved for media credentials. Contact press@cedia.org for details on how to be approved for media credentials.

When planning your trip to CEDIA EXPO, please keep in mind that exhibitor press conferences are scheduled to begin Wednesday, September 5 at 10:00 a.m. EST. The press conference schedule will be available June 29.
