Meeting Spaces
Meeting space is available to all CEDIA EXPO 2012 exhibitors at the JW Marriott and Hyatt Regency hotels. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to reserve meeting space starting in November 2011 in order of priority points (the same order you are able to secure hotel reservations). Your request may be submitted at any time, but cannot be finalized until your hotel reservation access date has arrived.
Meeting space is NOT available at the Indiana Convention Center, Westin or Marriott Downtown hotels. For meeting space at other hotel properties, please contact CEDIA EXPO Housing powered by Meeting Services Unlimited at 877.307.0325.

2012 Meeting Space Rates
Meeting space may be reserved for a half day or full day. The half day rate (free) applies for meeting space being utilized for four or less hours. The full day rate applies to meeting space being utilized for five or more hours. To apply for meeting space at the JW Marriott or Hyatt Regency hotels during CEDIA EXPO 2012, click here.
