How To Make Reservations:

Please Note: Making reservations is a three step process. If all three steps are not completed by your assignment date listed on the welcome page, all rooms will be automatically released.

• Step 1 - Create a block of rooms now and assign names by your assignment date in July. Be sure to log in on your date to reserve your company’s rooms at a nearby hotel.
• Step 2 - Reserve each room in someone’s name
• Step 3 - Select “Send reservations to CEDIA EXPO Housing” button

Complete all three steps by your assignment date or the rooms you block will automatically be cancelled.

Critical Housing Information:

August 27, 2012 is the last date to make changes to your reservations through CEDIA EXPO Housing powered by Meeting Services Unlimited. You may make changes, name substitutions and cancellations until August 27, 2012:

There are NO FEES for making changes to your hotel reservations until August 27, 2012. Beginning August 28, you will need to contact the hotel directly to make changes (any cancellation fees directly from the hotel may apply).
