Every exhibitor as of July 13, 2012 will be included in the printed version of the Show Directory. Exhibitors are encouraged to update the information to be printed in the Directory online prior to July 13, 2012. If an exhibitor does not update the listing, only the company name and contact information as it appears on your contract will be listed in the Directory, not under any product categories.
To log in to password protected exhibitor information, exhibitors will need the registration code.This registration code, along with the booth number, will allow access to the Show Directory Listing System, CEDIA EXPO Housing and Online Exhibitor Registration.
No. Badges are not mailed prior to EXPO. All badges must be picked up in Exhibitor Registration onsite.
New exhibitors will have the opportunity to reserve an exhibit space starting Monday, October 14, 2011.

No, there is no deadline to sign up to exhibit. However, once all exhibit spaces have been reserved, we only accept waiting list requests. Any exhibitors who reserve an exhibit space after July 13, 2012 will not be included in the printed Show Directory.
You will need to submit your request to be added to the Better Space Waiting List to Allyson Booth at abooth@cedia.org or 800.669.5329 ext. 110. However, you must already have a booth space reserved. When cancellations/booth movement occurs, exhibitors on this waiting list will be contacted in order of priority points and according to size/location preferences. If an exhibitor declines a space offer, it will be offered to the exhibitor next on the list.

Carpeting |
All exhibitors must have some form of floor covering. Exhibitors that do not bring their own flooring typically rent from Champion Exposition Services. Please refer to the Exhibitor Manual to order. |
Electricity |
Show Management does not provide electricity. |
Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) |
EACs are contracted by the exhibitor to set up or tear down an exhibit space. Third-party contractors must provide a certificate of insurance to CEDIA and Champion Exposition Services. |
Lead Retrieval |
It is recommended that all exhibitors rent a Lead Retrieval unit to collect and store sales leads. Please refer to Exhibitor Manual. |
Material Handling |
If you ship a booth to the warehouse or directly to the Center, you will be responsible for the Material Handling fees associated with the movement of your freight within the hall. The final cost is based on the weight of your freight. Please refer to the Exhibitor Manual to complete required forms. |
Pipe & Drape |
Black pipe and drape is provided to all exhibitors with at least one back wall. The backdrape is 8' high and the siderail is 3' high. |
25 percent deposit is due November 30, 2011*
50 percent is due by February 8, 2012
25 percent is due by May 23, 2012
* If you sign up for booth space after November 30, 2011, your 25 percent deposit is due within 30 days. The remaining February and May payment schedules still apply. If you sign up after February 8, 50 percent is due within 30 days and the remaining 50 percent is due by May 23. If you sign up after May 23, 100 percent is due within 30 days.
Each exhibitor is given four (4) free exhibitor badges and four (4) free setup badges per 100 square feet. Exhibitor badges are good during setup, show hours and teardown. Setup badges are good during setup and teardown only.
Exhibitors may purchase additional badges online via the Exhibitor Registration area. Each badge (exhibitor or setup) is $10.
The EXPO 2012 pre-show and post-show mailing lists are available between July 2, 2012 and October 31, 2012. These lists are available only to EXPO 2012 exhibitors and at no charge. These lists include all pre-registered attendees who have opted in to receiving exhibitor emails and mailings. Full contact information (i.e. address, phone, fax, email, registration type) is included. The pre-show list is updated weekly prior to the show and available in Excel format. To receive the list, please contact Jennifer Roth at jroth@cedia.org or 800.669.5329 ext. 139 to receive the list-use agreement form and the mailing list.
