ESB121: Introduction to Operational Management

The purpose of this course is to discuss the issues surrounding the every-day management of an electronic systems contracting business. Participants will be introduced to operational management topics such as organizational structure, management styles, and business processes that ensure efficient and effective business operations.
ESCR231: Managing Successful Business Connections
Date: 3/25/2010 at 12:00 p.m. (EST)
Run-time: Approx. 90 minutes
The purpose of this course is to show participants how to identify potential business connections, review the steps to evaluate the quality of potential connections and the steps to take to form lasting business relationships by learning the ins and outs of creating connections. Participants will explore the wants and needs to potential connections like interior designers, home builders, architects, and other vendors and subcontractors. Seeking how to communicate business capabilities to meet customer needs will become clear to participants.

Requirement for CEU credits:
Students are required to complete a final assessment for each webinar. A passing score of at least 70% is required for CEU credits to be awarded.
Following the live webinar you have 30 days to complete the final assessment. During this time, or if you miss the live webinar, you will have access to the archived version and can stop and restart it at anytime.
