Lay down a foundation for your sales process. In this course, identify and analyze the diverse range of customer and sales styles. Learn ways to quickly spot a customer’s communication style and adjust the sales approach to fit their needs. At the conclusion of this course, you should be able to:

  • Describe the three steps in the sales process
  • Describe the characteristics and benefits of using consultative selling techniques
  • Identify cues that indicate a potential client's communication style and ways to adapt selling technique to address the style
  • Identify your sales style and factors that influence the buyer’s decision
