Troubleshooting, Repair & Preventive Maintenance (EST306)

Participants will receive instruction on troubleshooting best practices and procedures, including analysis, diagnostics, documentation, and application of solutions. This course also discusses the advantages of routine system maintenance and remote diagnostics through the use of service contracts and recurring revenue models. Participants will be challenged to apply the discussed procedures to solve real-life problem scenarios.
