CEDIA Launches New Electronic Systems Designer Course
INDIANAPOLIS, IND. –The Custom Electronic Design
and Installation Association (CEDIA) is launching a new Designer Review
course for electronic professionals preparing to take the CEDIA Designer
certification exam.
The CEDIA Designer Review course includes hands-on
training and education in the areas of needs analysis, design documentation,
project design
and design management. Designers will learn to budget, build client
relationships, plan wire schedules and validate system performance.
The
designer review course is designed to train residential systems designers
to be able to carry out cutting-edge technology design
projects from start to finish. The designer determines the scope
of the project,
assesses the conditions and complications and creates a budget
to provide a high-performance custom home electronic system. 2007 Dates and Locations:
April 10-11: AVAD – Smyrna, GA
May 15-16: AVAD – Dallas, TX
June 23-24: CEDIA Training Facility – Indianapolis, IN
October 16-17: AVAD – Van Nuys, CA
November 13-14: CEDIA Training Facility – Indianapolis, IN
