Annual CEDIA Management Conference Delivers Top-Tier Industry Intelligence and Tactical Insight

Challenging residential electronic systems industry requires finely tuned management skills for growth and increased profits

Indianapolis, Ind. – Time is money to leaders in the residential electronic systems contractor industry. With over 100,000 different management conferences hosted annually, choosing the right event for maximum positive impact is important to the success of every design and installation business.

The Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) invites all chief executives and senior managers to experience the only business management training and networking event designed specifically for their own industry—residential electronic systems contracting.

The 2006 CEDIA Management Conference is scheduled for February 20-23, 2006, at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco. This three-day event is open to CEDIA Members and non-members. Discounted early bird registration is available for attendees that register by January 18, 2006.

This year’s management conference includes four cross-industry presenters in merger/acquisitions, customer service, sales/sales management, and life balance. The featured keynote speakers include bestselling authors Harvey MacKay (Swim with the Sharks without Being Eaten Alive and Beware the Naked Man Who Offers You His Shirt) and Jeffrey Fox (How to Become a Rainmaker and How to Make Big Money in Your Own Small Business).

“Residential electronic systems contractors looking to ensure the profitability of their businesses within our challenging marketplace will find countless ideas and solutions at the CEDIA Management Conference,” said Jared Blackford, Management Conference chair and owner of NuSystems, Inc. in Gardnerville, Nevada. “Our conference offers tactical insight from experts within and outside of the industry. No other conference assembles the type of industry-specific knowledge and small-group networking that CEDIA has.”

In addition to keynote presentations and cross-industry experts, the conference also features roundtable discussions and ample time for networking. Attendees have a choice of 10 small group forum discussion topics. Subject areas include marketing, manufacturing, business threats, customer relations, the production home market, sales processes, employee retention, crisis management, project management, and service/maintenance.
