CEDIA EXPO 2010 Meeting Space Rentals

Meeting rooms and hospitality suites are available for CEDIA EXPO 2010 exhibitors. Exhibitors must be the primary exhibitor in a booth on the exhibit floor to qualify for a meeting room and/or hospitality suite. Sharing exhibitors are not permitted meeting rooms or hospitality suites.  Meeting rooms will be available in Building C of the Georgia World Congress Center.   Meeting space is assigned on a first come, first served basis. 

2010 Meeting Space Rates

Half day and full day rates are available. The half day rate applies for any daytime meeting between 6am and 5pm or any night time meeting between 5pm-midnight. If the session overlaps both time periods, the daily rate will apply.
